Appellant and one 'Collins were charged jointly with the larceny of two cows, the property of one Hochholter. Appellant was tried separately. This appeal is from a verdict and judgment of conviction and an order overruling a motion for a *309new trial. There are some 20-odd’ assignments of error in rulings upon evidence, and an assignment of insufficiency of evidence to sustain a conviction. There is- 'but little conflict in the evidence. A statement of the evidence and facts disclosed by the record is necessary to an understanding of the effect of the rulings.
