The defendant, Raymond J. Howard, Jr., filed a petition in the superior court seeking a modification of a permanent custody decree. The petition was heard by a Master (Earl J. Dear-born, Esq.), and his recommendation granting the defendant temporary custody was approved by the Superior Court (Temple, J.). The plaintiff appealed, claiming several errors were committed by the master. We affirm.
