This case arises from a decree of the Superior Court {Goode, J.) approving a Master’s {Robert A. Carignan, Esq.) recommendation to dismiss the plaintiff’s “Petition for right to appeal” (RSA 281:42) from a decision of the labor commissioner. We affirm.
The plaintiff, Beatrice M. Taylor, was steadily employed by the defendant, Davidson Rubber Company (Davidson) for over eleven years.
