Parker, J.

The disposition of this appeal is within a very narrow compass. There are only two grounds of appeal alleging error in any action of the trial court: first, that the court refused to nonsuit plaintiff; and secondly, refusal to direct a verdict for defendant-appellant. Only the first is argued. No question is raised with regard to rulings on evidence or as respects the judge’s charge.
