ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Christen Holcombe and Linda Gollin brought this class action in state court against defendant Smithkline Beecham (“SKB”), a manufacturer and distributor of drugs, and other unnamed defendants. Plaintiffs claim that defendants violated state law prohibiting consumer fraud by marketing and distributing Pax-il, an allegedly addictive and harmful drug.
