ALLEN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the District Court denying a motion for a writ of ei'ror coram nobis. Appellant, hereinafter called defendant, seeks to set aside a sentence entered September 11, 1953, upon a conviction, in jury trial, of armed robbery of a bank at Troy, Tennessee. Testimony in the original hearing was not included in the record. However, the record contains detailed affidavits of defendant’s attorneys, Cormack Murchison and William E. Moody, which in general are not denied.
