¶ 1. The motion for rehearing is denied. The original opinions are withdrawn and these opinions substituted therefor.
¶ 2. K & A Enterprises of Mississippi, LLC, filed suit against Phyllis and James Maness for breach of contract. The claim arose from Phyllis and James Maness's termination of the Option Contract between the parties.
