This action was brought by the Plaintiff, Michelle Ann Stockett, against her former employers, Frank Tolin (“Tolin”) and three closely-held Florida corporations, Limelite Studios, Inc. (“Limelite Studios”), Directors Production Company (“DPC”) and Limelite Video, Inc. (“Limelite Video”), which Plaintiff claims Tolin controls.
