COMPTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment, following the verdict of á jury, awarding damages for the unlawful killing of cattle. It is charged that the verdict is not supported by substantial evidence. It is also claimed that the court erred in the admission of certain evidence.

When a verdict is attacked as being unsupported, the power of the appellate court ends with a determination whether there is substantial evidence, contradicted or uncontradicted, which will support the conclusion reached by the jury; and, in reviewing evidence-on appeal, the-■ court - must view the evidence in…
