MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] The North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau appeals from the district court order remanding this casé to the Bureau with instructions to adopt and apply a peer review process under section 65-05-07(3), N.D.C.C. The district court failed to follow recent controlling precedent regarding the issue of peer review, and we therefore reverse and remand this matter to the district court for consideration on the merits.
