Jane Leigh Warren appeals the judgment from a jury verdict on a will contest in the Estate of Terry K. Arndt, who died on July 26, 2003. Clint Arndt, later joined by his sister Tamara Clemans, filed an application for probate of a will executed by their father on July 18, 2003.
