Appeal from Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Acadia; William Campbell, Judge. James Duvall was convicted of murder, Dora Murff convicted of manslaughter, and they appeal. Allie Murff was acquitted.

Defendants were charged with murder. James Duvall appeals from a verdict of guilty, without capital punishment ; and Dora Murff appeals from a verdict of guilty of manslaughter. Allie Murff was acquitted.
