Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mullen, J), rendered June 25, 2007, convicting her of grand *1170larceny in the second degree and scheme to defraud in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
