*866Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (DeRosa, J.), rendered April 14, 2003, convicting him of murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
