FLAHERTY, Judge.
Springfield Township Educational Support Personnel Association (Association) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (the trial court) which reversed the award of an arbitrator. For the reasons which follow, we reverse the order of the trial court and reinstate the arbitrator’s award.
Mr. Randolph Mack was a custodian at a school in the School District of Springfield Township (District). The District terminated Mr. Mack’s employment as a custodian on June 7,1995. The termination prompted this case.
