This matter came before the Court on April 29, 1999 for consideration of the emergency motion of Union Planters Realty, Inc. (“Union Planters”), for relief from the automatic stay, for Rule 9011 sanctions against the debtor and debtor’s counsel, and for disgorgement of fees.
