Applicant pled guilty to the offense of murder without an agreement for punishment. The trial court accepted the plea and sentenced applicant to seventy-five years’ incarceration. On direct appeal, the court of appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court. Moussazadeh v. State, 962 S.W.2d 261 (Tex.App.-Houston [14th Dist.] 1998, pet. ref d) (Moussazadeh I).
