This suit is brought by the plaintiff to recover the sum of $207,181.80. The facts of the case show that the plaintiff entered into a contract with the Navy on May 8, 1917, for the manufacture of 1,030,000 pounds of TNT at the price of 52 cents per pound, and this contract was suspended and canceled by the Navy on December 23, 1918.
