Plaintiff Tamiko Shattéen (“plaintiff’) commenced this action on November 20, 2014 against defendant Omni Hotels Management Corporation (“defendant”), for alleged violations of the Family ■ Medical Leave Act of 1993 (“FMLA”) 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. See generally Compl. [Dkt. #1]. In response,, defendant moved to dismiss the case and compel arbitration in accordance with the parties’ arbitration agreement. See Def.’s Mot.
