T. W. Radford made application to the land processioners of the 69th Militia District of Burke County to have the dividing lines between his land and the land of the adjacent owners on the east and south, L. A. Russell Jr. and Doretta Russell; surveyed and marked anew. The processioners, along with the surveyor designated for this purpose, proceeded to survey and mark the eastern boundary lines and filed a return, to which was attached a plat made by the surveyor, showing the lines purportedly surveyed and marked anew by them.
