Before the Court is Defendants’ motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”). Plaintiff Jill Meyer (“Plaintiff’), a former employee- of Defendants State of New York Office of Mental Health (“OMH”) and Creedmoor Psychiatric Center (“CPC”), applied to, but was not hired for, certain positions advertised by Defendants OMH and CPC and was interviewed therefor by Defendant Caterina Grandi (“Grandi”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
