Tami Tarochione (“Tarochione”) has sued her former employer Roberts Pipeline, Inc. (“Roberts”), charging that Roberts violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act (collectively *823“ADA,” 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.), as well as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII,” 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.),1 by discriminating against her on the basis of disability and of sex when it fired her from her job as a laborer on a Roberts project in Mokena, Illinois.
