MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETZENDANNER, District Judge:
This action under the Securities Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78n(a), is before the court on the motion of plaintiff Dynamics Corporation of America (“DCA”) for a preliminary injunction setting aside the election results of the May 16th annual meeting of defendant CTS Corporation (“CTS.”) Although many of the federal claims in this case are now moot or informally stayed, this court has independent jurisdiction based on diversity of citzenship and continuing pendent jurisdiction over the state law controversies by virtue of an earlier…
