Diane Trepka appeals the district court’s summary judgment for the Board of Education of the Cleveland City School District (“the Board”), dismissing all her claims arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. Because of injuries from a 1991 car accident, Trepka had difficulty climbing stairs and carrying loads. Trepka alleges that she has a qualifying disability under the ADA and that the Board failed to meet the ADA’s requirements in dealing with her disability.
