INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff alleges that she was sexually abused by a counselor while undergoing court-ordered alcohol treatment and counseling. The Complaint (Docket No. [# 1]) purports to assert tort claims under New York State law and constitutional claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
