In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of a real estate brokerage contract, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dollard, J.), dated August 20, 2007, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants Hyung Young Lee, Kent Group, LLC, Galaxy Group USA, Inc., 38 Farsons, LLC, and Edmund Li which was to cancel a notice of pendency.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
