This appeal by Topside Corporation (Topside) and GAC Limited Partnership (GAC) is from an order dated 13 March 1980 issued by Bankruptcy Judge Lebowitz in the proceeding entitled In re Exten Associates, Inc., No. 74-00351-K. That order granted a motion of Gerald S. Klein, Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Exten Associates, Inc.
