On this appeal, we are asked to determine whether Family Court Act § 154 (b) provides a basis for extending the court’s long-arm jurisdiction beyond that prescribed by CPLR 302 (b), which governs the exercise of personal jurisdiction in matrimonial actions and Family Court proceedings.
