KOVACHEVICH, District Judge.
Plaintiffs for and on behalf of all others similarly situated, brought this action for age discrimination pursuant to The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA) (29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.). This action also includes claims for age discrimination brought under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution; Article III, section 2, of the Florida Constitution; the Florida Age Discrimination in Employment Act (FL-ADEA) (§ 112.044, Fla.Stat.); and the Florida Human Rights Act of 1977 (FHRA) (§ 760.10, Fla.Stat.).
