Phillip A. Green (“Movant”) appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.0351 motion following an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, he contends that the trial court clearly erred in unilaterally modifying his sentence to remove any reference to Section 559.115.
On June 9, 1999, Movant pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute in violation of Section 195.211, RSMo 1994.
