I. INTRODUCTION

Pending before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Tracey Brenda Davis and Defendant Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security. Plaintiff seeks review of final decisions by the Commissioner denying her claims for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq., and supplemental security income benefits (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.
