Defendant-appellant James J. Brown was tried to the bench and convicted on six counts, each with specifications. Appellant was convicted of aggravated burglary in violation of R.C. 2911.11; grand theft in violation of R.C. 2913.02; two counts of felonious assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer in violation of R.C. 2921.331; and possession of criminal tools in violation of R.C. 2923.24.
