{¶ 1} Andre Reine appeals the Scioto County Common Pleas Court's judgment, which found him guilty of one count of possession of a deadly weapon while under detention and two counts of harassment by an inmate. On appeal, Reine contends that because the state presented no physical evidence and had a lack of direct evidence to prove the two counts of harassment by an inmate, insufficient evidence supported these convictions and the convictions are also against the manifest weight of the evidence.
