The United States Trustee (the “UST”) asks the Court to revoke the Chapter 7 discharge of Mark Evan Davis and Jennifer Ann Davis,1 alleging that they knowingly and fraudulently failed to report the acquisition of property of the estate and deliver the property to the Chapter 7 trustee, Clyde Hardesty (“Hardesty”).
