Plaintiff, Patricia McGinty, sought damages resulting from a fall she sustained when, while employed as a babysitter for the children of defendants, Norbert and Carol Nissen, she attempted to rescue defendants’ two-year-old child as he ran toward an open and steep stairway in defendants’ home. The court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint with prejudice for failure to state a cause of action. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
