The defendant, James Servello, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of three counts of perjury in violation of General *315Statutes § 53a-156, one count of forgery in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-1391 and one count of fabricating physical evidence in violation of General Statutes § 53a-155.2 On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction on the first count of perjury, (2) his conviction of forgery in the second degree and fabricating physical evidence violates…
