— This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff on February 13, 1940, when she fell from the front seat of an automobile in which she was riding as a guest, and which was being driven by defendant. Plaintiff had a verdict and judgment for $4250, and in due course defendant appealed and seeks to reverse that judgment. The suit was originally against one George C. Carson, the owner of the ear, and Paul LeBow, the driver.
