OPINION
CHÁYEZ, Chief Justice.
{1} Defendant was sentenced in two separate cases and ordered to serve the sentences in each case consecutively. While on probation during the first sentence, Defendant, by his own admission, violated conditions of probation. By the time the sentencing hearing was held on the probation revocation, Defendant had completed serving the first of the two sentences. Notwithstanding, the district court revoked Defendant’s probation under both sentences.
