OPINION
HOWARD, Judge.
Appellant was charged by indictment with three counts of child molestation, two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. The state also filed allegations of prior convictions, to-wit: Counts I and II of the indictment as prior convictions to Counte III and IV, and Counts I through IV as prior convictions to Counts V through VII. Appellant was convicted by a jury on five counts (Counts II, III, IV, V and VII), and sentenced to concurrent sentences of 2, 10.5, 3, 15.75 and 15.75 years, with credit for 254 days of pretrial.incarceration.…
