Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court’s order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition, MCR 2.116(0(10). We affirm.

This case arises out of the drowning deaths of the plaintiffs’ decedents, two boys ages fifteen and seventeen. On September 21, 1981, the boys entered onto defendant’s beachfront property located within the city limits of St. Joseph.
