MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Plaintiff Joseph Jendusa (“Jendusa”) sues defendants Cancer Treatment Centers, of America Inc. (“CTCA”), Midwestern Regional Medical Center, Inc; (“Midwestern”), and Richard Stephenson (“Stephenson”) (collectively “defendants)”, alleging that defendants terminated his employment at CTCA and Midwestern on the basis of his disability in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”). 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
