On April 10, 1941, the board of county commissioners of Clark County, one of the defendants, made an order that the district attorney of the county notify all persons responsible for maintaining a nuisance in block 16, Clark’s Las Vegas townsite, to abate the same in accordance with section 2043 Nevada Compiled Laws 1929.
