This is an action on two policies of insurance, and the causes of action are separately stated. The appeal is from an order of nonsuit, granted at the close of the plaintiff’s testimony.
The facts are not in dispute, and are, in substance, as follows : On the 20th of May, 1912, the defendant, National ■Fire Insurance Company of Hartford, Conn., issued a policy of insurance to J. E. Creed, in the sum of $1,500, covering the house' which was afterwards destroyed by fire, and certain personal property, for the term of three years.…
