The proceedings .under consideration were supplementary to a foreclosure proceeding, under the title first above set forth. The Central Life Assurance Society foreclosed its mortgage 'for ' $20,000 ■■ against- George F. Spangler and wife, as principal defendants, and obtained decree therefor. The mortgaged premises comprised a farm of 330 acres. It was sold under special execution on November 15, 1925, for the full amount of the mortgage and costs, and a sheriff’s certificate was issued to the plaintiff accordingly.
