*454In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Spodek, J.), dated March 7, 2003, which granted the motion of the defendant Anita Parnés LaSala, and the separate motion of the defendants Park Avenue Radiologists, PC., and Morton Jaffe, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated April 16, 2003, entered upon the order.
