The question to be decided is, whether the court erred in granting a preliminary injunction on the verified bill, the substance of which is set forth in the preceding statement. In considering this question the facts alleged, in so far as well pleaded, must be assumed' to be true. The case made by the bill is extraordinary from a legal point of view.
