Easter v. Ochs

BENTON, Judge.

Cheryl Jean Easter sued to quiet title to four Missouri farms that she and her brother, Alan Ochs, claimed. When *517Alan later died, his heirs — the Ochs family — became the defendants. The circuit court granted summary judgment for Cheryl on stipulated facts. Because a state statute is alleged to violate the equal protection and full-faith-and-credit clauses of the United States Constitution, this Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Mo. Const., Art. V, § 3. The decision of the circuit court is affirmed.
