Appellants appeal from that portion of an interlocutory judgment entered by the Circuit Court of New Madrid County, Missouri, partitioning in kind approximately 690 acres of land, known as Tract One, located in New Madrid County, Missouri.

In its interlocutory judgment, the circuit court determined that Respondents are the owners in fee of an undivided one-fourth interest in Tract One and that Appellants are owners in fee of an undivided three-fourths interest in Tract One.
