This case originated in justice court, and a judgment rendered in that court in favor of plaintiff for $9 and costs, from which plaintiff appealed to the circuit court. On trial in the circuit court, verdict and judgment were rendered in fayor *600of plaintiff for $108.75, from which defendant appeals to this court.
