This is an appeal from the Decree for Change of Name issued on February 28, 1990 and docketed on March 30, 199d. We affirm.

Jane Palaia (Mother) and David Grimes (Father) were married in May of 1982. They separated in August of 1983. The child in question, Zachary Thomas Andrew PalaiaGrimes (Zachary), was born on May 17, 1984. By order of October 3, 1986 Mother received primary custody of Zachary and Father received partial custody.
